LOCATE YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation of your shipment with a tracking link. You can also track this in ‘Orders’ after logging in to My Account.
DELIVERY METHODS

Czas realizacji zależy od miejsca docelowego przesyłki. W kasie, podczas składania zamówienia, podamy konkretne informacje dotyczące dostawy.
DOSTAWA STANDARDOWA
Darmowa dostawa dotyczy zamówień powyżej 400 zł.
Dostawa do domu: 20 zł
Dostawa do wybranego punktu odbioru: 5 zł
Przesyłkę dostarczymy pod wskazany adres lub do wybranego punktu odbioru w ciągu 3–5 dni roboczych od otrzymania potwierdzenia zakupu.
DOSTAWA EKSPRESOWA
Dostawa do domu: 40 zł
Przesyłkę dostarczymy pod wskazany adres w ciągu 1–2 dni roboczych od otrzymania potwierdzenia zakupu.
Dotyczy to zamówień złożonych od poniedziałku do piątku przed 19:30.
Zamówienia złożone po wspomnianej godzinie będą dostarczone w ciągu dodatkowych 2 dni roboczych. W czasie wyprzedaży czy różnego rodzaju promocji dostawa ekspresowa może nie być dostępna.
ORDERING FROM ABROAD
To order while abroad, visit the COS website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout. If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
We deliver to home addresses and pickup locations in Poland. Please fill out your location details in the checkout to see which options are available in your area.
You can also have your order delivered to a pickup location. If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.

Dostawa ekspresowa: 40 zł
For Standard Delivery, we will deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
For Express Delivery, We will deliver your purchase within 1-2 days, for orders placed before 19:30 Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut off time will be delivered within 2 additional working days. During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.
