DELIVERY METHODS

All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.

Delivery times will differ depending on your location. When you check out, you will be given a more exact timeframe but below are our estimated delivery times to give you an idea. 

STANDARD DELIVERY                                                   

Standard delivery is free for orders over €100. We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) after receiving your order confirmation.

- Standard Climate Smart Home Delivery (€5) 

- Standard Pickup Location (€6), Hermes (€3,95) 

- Standard Parcel Locker Location (€5) 

EXPRESS DELIVERY      

We also offer express delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 11:00 p.m. Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. 

- Express Home Delivery (€10) 

- Express Home Evening Delivery (€10)  

- Express Pickup Location (€10) 

- Orders must be placed before 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. 

- Express Locker Delivery (€10) 

- Orders must be placed before 11:00 p.m. Sunday to Friday. 

During high season and sale periods, express delivery might be unavailable. 

ORDERING FROM ABROAD 

To order while abroad, visit the COS website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout. If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address. 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS 

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Germany. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Island Helgoland and area of Busingen).
