REGISTER A RETURN
To register a return, please log in to our returns portal with your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and postcode. Then just let us know which items you want to return and the reason for returning.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your parcel to us. The cost of the return will be taken out of the original payment ($7.95) and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
Return via Australian Post
Attach the included prepaid returns label to your parcel and return to your local Australia Post office.
If you are missing the prepaid returns label you can register it online at the Australian Post website, all you need is your order number that you received together with your parcel. Click here to go to the Australian Post website.

Returns take a maximum of 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed for a refund. Once this has been done, you’ll receive a return confirmation email to let you know. If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 days, please contact customer service here with your proof of return and a list of the items returned.
If you need a replacement returns note, you can find this here. If you are missing the self-adhesive return label from your parcel, please contact customer service.
