RETURNING A GIFT ORDER
Gifts purchased at COS stores and accompanied by a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase.

You can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment will be taken as soon as you’re order is shipped. Klarna, iDeal and Paypal are also accepted.
For card payments, we work with an authorized payment agent who, in direct cooperation with your bank, ensures that the card is valid. Our payment agent processes the card details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with the highest level of security. In order to process card payments with us as securely as possible, all information sent is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that all information passes through a secure connection and your card details cannot be viewed by any external parties.
