At COS, we want to ensure our clothes are kept in use for as long as possible – whether that’s through restoring imperfect pieces, extending their life through Resell or recycling fibres to make new garments.  

Here are some of the circular solutions we currently have in place. 

Our garment-collection service in-store for people to donate their pre-loved COS clothing. These products will either be restored to be worn again as part of our Restore collection or, for any pieces that are beyond repair, we are currently exploring solutions to recycle these fibres. 

Simply drop off your pre-loved garments with a member of staff at one of our in-store collection points and our team will do the rest.

We can only accept COS pieces. Please note, we’re currently not taking any accessories such as jewellery, hats, scarves, gloves, bags, shoes, socks or underwear. 

As a thank you for donating, we’ll give you a 10% off voucher for every piece you drop off. Each voucher you receive can be used on an item of your choice on your next purchase with us*. 

Our Restore collection is made up of pre-loved pieces donated back to us through Full Circle which are cleaned and repaired so they can be sold again. We’re also working on a solution to add designs from our latest collections that are faulty or damaged, too.

Our dedicated marketplace to resell or buy pre-loved COS pieces. By connecting our community, Resell helps extend the life of our designs.
