What Delivery Locations Can I choose?
We offer several delivery options depending on your location. For full details select your country in the list below. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient parcel shop. If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.
Track Your Order Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
Delivery Restrictions
Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Delivery location exclusions are listed below.
Undeliverable Parcels
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to COS.
Ordering From Abroad
To order from abroad, visit the COS website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout. To navigate to a different COS website, click on SHIPPING TO at the bottom right of the page and select the applicable country.

We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Please note that in Brussels and Antwerp your parcel might be delivered in the evening (from 16:00 until 22:00 CET).
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Home Delivery - €12
Express Pickup Location - €12
We will deliver your purchase within 1-2 days, for orders placed before 16:30 CET Monday to Friday and 13:30 CET on Saturday.
Orders placed after the cut off times will be delivered within 2 additional working days.During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.

Frequently asked questions about deliveries
If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However it may be possible to cancel the order, if you call our customer service team within one hour of making the purchase.
