COS pre-loved services

At COS, we want to enable our clothes to be kept in use for as long as possible – whether that’s through restoring imperfect pieces or recycling fibres to make new garments.

Here are some of the services we currently have in place.

COLLECT

Our in-store garment-collection service for people to donate their pre-loved COS clothing. These products will either be restored to be worn again as part of our Restore collection, or for any pieces that are beyond repair, we are currently exploring solutions to recycle these fibres.

Simply drop off your pre-loved garments with a member of staff at one of our in-store collection points and our team will do the rest.

We can only accept COS pieces. Please note, we’re currently not taking any accessories such as jewellery, hats, scarves, gloves, bags, shoes, socks or underwear.

As a thank you for donating, we’ll give you a 10% off voucher for every piece you drop off. Each voucher you receive can be used on an item of your choice on your next purchase with us*.

For every item you donate, you’ll receive one voucher, e.g. if you bring in three T-shirts, you will receive three 10% off vouchers. RESTORE

Our Restore collection is made up of pre-loved pieces donated back to us through Collect which are cleaned and repaired so they can be sold again. We have now started to add designs from our latest collections that are faulty or damaged, too.

THE DENIM CAPSULE

Collect. Recycle. Remake.

Our garment-collection initiative was founded in 2021 to continue the lifecycle of our collections through repairing and recycling previously loved COS clothing.

The denim capsule is crafted from 20% collected pre-loved cotton pieces by COS, giving fibres renewed purpose.
