CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY INFORMATION RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer several delivery options depending on your location. 

Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient parcel shop. If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Standard home delivery (CHF 8.30)

Standard delivery is free for orders over CHF 230. We will deliver your purchase within 4-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Express home delivery (CHF 14.00)

We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.

                                                                                                                            Pick up Point Standard Delivery (Green - CHF 6.00)

Standard green delivery to a pick-up point in  4-6 days  after confirmation of your order. Delivery costs are above 230 CHF for free. 

Your order will be delivered via: Planzer

Pickup notification: You will receive an email, as soon as your package arrives at the PUP. Your parcel will be kept at the PUP location for 14 Calendar days. 

Please note, you will see the availability from this service for the area you are living in the checkout. 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Ordered items may only be delivered to persons over the age of 18 with an address in Switzerland.

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to COS.

To order whilst abroad, visit the COS website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
