HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
If something isn’t quite right, you can post your purchases back to us.
How to return:
Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
Return With An Post
To return your parcel, please visit the An Post website for a free returns label and send it back to us using one of the options below.
Free drop off Once you have booked your drop off, you will receive an email from An Post with the free returns label. This can be printed at home or at an An Post store by presenting the barcode in your email to a member of staff. Free courier collection Simply book your home collection date and the courier will bring a free returns label with them when they come to collect. This can be booked up to 2 working days in advance.
Return With DPD
To return with DPD, please attach the label from inside your parcel and visit your nearest DPD Pickup Point.
Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return.
Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
