We offer 30-day returns with a return fee of $7.95 AUD on all orders. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Make-up and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. ​

Underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty, and swimwear must have the hygiene strip. ​

Crafted from recycled cotton-blend canvas, it's stamped with our logo at the front and designed with long shoulder straps, two internal grab handles, a slip pocket and a practical key ring to keep your essentials close to hand.  Recycled cotton is made by converting both pre- and post-consumer fabric into fibres that are then spun into new yarn 55% Cotton, 45% Recycled cotton  Height: 31.8cm, Width: 55.6cm, Depth: 31.6cm

Introducing COS × TABATA SHIBORI, an exclusive collaboration of artworks by artisan Kazuki Tabata that honour the traditional craft of Japanese shibori. The motif on this tote is achieved using tesuji shibori, a technique wherein fabric is folded, bound by threads and dyed to achieve its signature stripes.
