We want to share and inspire the ways of wearing COS products for marketing purposes and to give you the chance to show the world your COS style.
How do we use your personal data?
We will use your personal data (photo, video, username) for marketing and/or advertising in stores, on websites, emails, social media channels and paid social media, and other promotional channels, conducted by COS. This includes other brands within the H&M Group, as well as other external parties outside the H&M Group which COS collaborates with, like for example marketplaces. To be able to do this we need your photo and/or video and in return we will link your photo and/or video to your Instagram account.

Who has access to your personal data?
Your data may be shared within H&M Group and with selected social media platform providers. The photos and/or videos you submit to us are also forwarded to media agencies and technical suppliers carrying out certain tasks on our behalf. Please note, by hash-tagging your picture or video clip you voluntarily share the content and other personal data with Instagram or other social media platforms. This relationship is outside of H&M's control and a matter between you and the social media service provider.
What is the legal ground to process your personal data?
We will collect, use, and share your username, photos and/or videos to the extent necessary for us to perform the service and meet your expectations when using the #yesCOS service (fulfillment of contract).
How long do we keep your data?
We will use your username, photo and/or video for 24 months or until the #COSspecific agreement is terminated.
