Why and how are we using your personal data?
When you sign-up for an event we will ask you to provide your name and contact information. We need this information to be able to reach out to you with relevant information and grant you access to the venue.
Who has access to your personal data?
We may share your data within the H&M Group. Your personal data is also forwarded to third parties in order to provide you with the services mentioned above, like PR agencies to compile the guest list.
Except as explicitly stated herein, we never pass on, sell or swap your data to any third parties.
What is the legal ground to process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data to be able to make this event available to you is based on our legitimate interest.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data as long as necessary to make the event available to you. We will use it up to 6 months after the event in order to communicate to you about upcoming events, if you have agreed to receive promotions from us.
Your right to object to processing of your data
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is based on COS legitimate interest by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@cos.com.
