RETURNING A GIFT ORDER
Gifts purchased at COS stores and accompanied by a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase.

You can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal and Klarna are also accepted.
Currently, gift cards can only be purchased and used in our stores, in the country of purchase. If you have any further questions regarding our gift cards, please contact our in- store team who will be happy to advise you.
Gift cards can be spent at any COS store in the country of purchase, excluding concession stores. Gift cards cannot be used online. To check the validity or balance of your gift card, please contact your local store here .
