RETURNING A GIFT ORDER
Gifts purchased in COS retail stores accompanied by a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit or exchanged in-store within 60 days of original purchase.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your full-price order to us within 30 days of purchase. Sale merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery if not marked 'FINAL SALE'.
To initiate an online return, please follow the process here.
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know. A $7 return fee will be deducted from your refund should you choose to use the prepaid label included with your order. Return fees are processed per order, not per prepaid shipping label. Please reach out to customer service to waive one of the return fees if you choose to return multiple orders using one prepaid label.
Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges online.

Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and COS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
Yes. You can return item(s) purchased online to our stores free of charge in the United States.
To return your item(s), simply bring your email order confirmation or the packing slip and the piece(s) you wish to return to your local store.
